“Ohhh great, let me make a note of that! Giant snake has wee itty-bitty weak spot that'll be TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AT, BECAUSE THAT THING IS TOO RIDICULOUSLY HUGE TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT.”
Jay Walker, also known as Rogue, was one of the six original Ninja, the main protagonists of LEGO Ninjago. He is the main protagonist of Skybound and Prime Empire.
Jay is the lightning rod and comic relief of the Ninja team. He first met Master Wu when he was testing one of his inventions on the rooftops of Ninjago City and has been a part of the Ninja team ever since. In Season 6 Jay and the Ninja are forced to deal with the pirate king Nadakhan as he reigns terror over Ninjago. Jay is forced to endure as his friends are taken from him one-by-one, and as Nadakhan tries to marry his sweetheart Nya so that he may become all-powerful. Jay stops him and ends up rewinding time so that he is never discovered in the first place. In Season 12, Jay enters the video game known as "Prime Empire" to try to stop the evil Unagami from entering into Ninjago. In a similar fashion, Jay watches as his friends are defeated one-by-one, and he is forced to take on Unagami on his own.
After the defeat of the Crystak King, the Merge occured, and Jay and the other Ninja went missing. He got sent to the Administration where he became an agent, and later joined the forces of Ras against the Ninja during the Tournament of the Sources. When he left the Tournament he went rogue and took odd jobs as a mercenary.
He is the Elemental Master of Lightning, a Master of Spinjitzu, Airjitzu, and a user of Forbidden Spinjitzu.

Elemental Powers and Abilities[]
- Lightning: Jay can harness the power of Lightning to create a Spinjitzu tornado of pure electricity. He can also seemingly fly with his powers, although he hasn't used this ability ever since, as it seemed to be part of his True Potential abilities. His lightning powers were enhanced further by the Nunchucks of Lightning, and later by his Elemental Blade.
- Elemental Dragon: Like all other Elemental Masters who managed to overcame their fears, Jay is capable of summoning his own Elemental Lightning Dragon at will.
- Mechanical skills: Jay has an eye for machines and gadgets, being in charge of repairing and maintaining the various technology at the ninja's disposal. He was responsible for restoring the Destiny's Bounty to a functional state and equipping it with the modifications needed to make it fly. Over time, his inventing side was less emphasized, due to Nya, Dr. Julien, and P.I.X.A.L. taking up the role of gadgeteer, but Jay's skill with technology should not be underestimated.
