“If anyone is going to rule Ninjago, I'd rather it be me!”
Pythor P. Chumsworth is the former King of the Snakes, and a major recurring antagonist in LEGO Ninjago. He is the main antagonist of Rise of the Snakes, a major villain in Rebooted, a minor ally in Tournament of Elements, an antagonist in Day of the Departed, and a major antagonist in Crystalized.
Pythor is a member of the Anacondrai Tribe and participated in the first Serpentine War. At the end of the war, he was hypnotized and locked in the Anacondrai Tomb in the Sea of Sand. For forty years he was locked inside his tomb and committed cannibalism, consuming his entire tribe, becoming the sole member of the Anacondrai Tribe. 40 years later he is freed from his tomb by Lloyd Garmadon, and tricks him into freeing the rest of the Serpentine tribes. With their help he attempted to awaken the Great Devourer to consume all of Ninjago to get revenge on for being locked away for so many years. His plan backfired and he was consumed by the snake himself.
He was able to survive, with his skin being bleached from the venom inside the Devourer's stomach. A few years later he came to be in league with the Overlord and became his right hand. Being the Overlord's lackey backfired, and he ate a shrinking pill for him.
In Tournament of Elements, he would be arrested and broken out of jail by the Ninja in order to defeat Chen and his army. After helping them, he would be unshrunk and return to his evil doings.
In Day of the Departed he would return to fight with Lloyd in the Corridor of Elders. After this he would escape defeat and be on the run.
He would later be recruited by the Crystal King to join his army and possess the Crystalized Nunchucks of Lightning, before he and the rest of the council were defeated and sent back to Kryptarium Prison.
