“I am Raoul. How delightful! You've awakened my true form. Very well, walk your chosen path without fear of mistake!”
Raoul is the third-tier Ultimate Persona of Ren Amimaya and a Demon in the Shin Megami Tensei series featured in Persona 5 Royal.
Raoul is the third-tier Persona of Ren Amamiya only available through DLC. It is purchasable for 300 yen. In the English version, Raoul is bought alongside other DLC Persona in a bundle for $9.99. Raoul is the only Persona that is capable of learning the skill Phantom Show, which has a high chance of inflicting Sleep on all enemies.
It is the final evolved form of Arsène who evolves into Satanael and later into Raoul.
Physical Appearance[]
In contrast to Arsène, who resembles a Victorian gentleman, Raoul has a more modern and steampunk-inspired design. Its most apparent distinctions are the mechanical wings made of leather and metal, similar to bat wings. It is dressed in a vivid red jacket with golden trim, a white shirt paired with black-tie underneath, and a red fedora. It wears a black belt with a gold buckle, dark pants and thigh-high boots that are decorated with gold studs on the sides of its thighs. It wears white, fingerless gloves with gold-tipped claws at the end of its fingers. It is also equipped with long, bladed heels much like Arsène. Similarly, it has a demonic face with red eyes and holds a cigarette in its jagged mouth resembling sharp teeth or fangs.

Powers & Abilities[]
When itemized through Electric Chair execution, Raoul will yield the Picaresque Hat accessory, which grants the wearer the Insta-Heal skill as well as +2 to all stats. During a Fusion alarm, he will instead yield the Picaresque Crown, which in addition to the Insta-Heal skill, will now grant the wearer +3 to all stats.
Literary Origins[]
Arsène Raoul Lupin is a fictional thief created by Maurice Leblanc, first published in the magazine Je sais tout in 1905. He was featured in a multitude of short stories and novels, including numerous films, television, stage plays and comic adaptations. He was known as a "gentleman burglar" who likes to target extremely wealthy individuals and criminals who were much worse than himself.

- Persona 5 Tactica
Notes[]
- Excluding the Picaro variants of existing Personas, such as Orpheus and Izanagi, Raoul is the first DLC Persona that was not present and introduced in prior games.
- Among the Picaro variants of DLC Personas in the files is an entry for "Neo Arsène Picaro", which corresponds with Raoul's entry in the non-Picaro section of the Persona list, implying that Raoul Picaro was considered before being cut.
- After completing the game's third semester, Raoul's concept art can be bought in the Thieves Den.
- Despite being a third tier Persona (and supposedly more powerful than its predecessors), Raoul starts at a lower level than Satanael and has a weakness, while Satanael doesn't. This is in accordance with the other third-tier Personas of the party members, who all retain their weaknesses.
