Unagami (Unfinished Adventure Game I,) is the physical manifestation of the video game "Prime Empire" come to life, and main antagonist of Prime Empire. He also makes a cameo appearance in Seabound and as an ally in Crystalized.
Some years ago, he was created by video game designer Milton Dyer to redefine how people play games. He instructed Unagami to give a player a truly realistic experience, but mistook this, and absorbed them into the game. He was then shut down and was left to finish the game himself for around a decade. Years later, he would contact criminals in Ninjago to find a way into the game, which alerts the Ninja and brings them inside as well. He uses Energy Cubes harvested from fallen players in game to power a portal into Ninjago and uses this to find his creator and destroy him. He is thwarted by Jay, who levels with him, calming him down. Since then, Unagami stopped being a ruler and lived a normal childhood with his father Milton Dyer.
